Our venue is over 6,600 square foot of indoor event space with a spacious 3,600 square foot ballroom. Our venue is perfect for events of all occasions with a capacity of 200 seated and 299 standing.
Round, rectangular, high top tables, and chiavari chairs are included in our rental packages. Whether it’s a reunion, birthday celebration, or your wedding day, our team is here to ensure your event is unforgettable!

The Balance. C Law Room
This intimate space is closed off from the rest of the venue and can be used for meetings or small groups. This room seats 8 people. This space is $75 for the first hour and $25 for each additional hour. Available are Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Our front lobby is perfect for intimate cocktail hours. This area is standing room only and includes cocktail tables. This area is available for rent Monday - Thursday. This area fits up to 25 people standing.
Our outdoor stage and the parking lot is a spacious area for outdoor events and concerts. This area is available for rent Monday - Thursday. Guests do not have access to inside venue for this rental.
