Wine 101 Class

Get ready for an elevated tasting experience. In this Wine 101 course, you will learn about the “Big 6” of wine with the Director of the Wine and Beverage Institute of the University of South Carolina, Sandy Strick. Sandy Strick is a Purdue University Graduate and a certified wine specialist. She is active in the Society of Wine Educators and is the founding director of the Wine and Beverage Institute at the University of South Carolina.
